Founded in 2001, Huawei Group has adhered to the philosophy of "Taking scientific and technological innovation as the guide and industrial operation as the underpinning". It has grown into the only brand entity enterprise in the industry with an independent R&D system, a complete product system and an integrated service system for China’s smart agricultural equipment. Currently, the Group owns four smart manufacturing bases with another two under construction, and has completed the domestic layout of its "Huawei Global One-Core Five-Valley Strategy".

The domestic Golden Triangle layout of Huawei Group’s Global One-Core Five-Valley Strategy — tailored to three major domestic regions with distinct cultural backgrounds, crop types and industrial development stages — has been successfully completed. This layout consists of three core hubs: Huawei Group · Shanghai Headquarters Center, Huawei Agricultural Equipment Smart Valley · Dong’an Valley (Yongzhou City, Hunan Province) and Huawei Agricultural Equipment Smart Valley · Jinshan Valley (Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region). In March 2025, Jintu Huawei — a joint venture between Inner Mongolia Land Investment Group and Huawei Group, based in Horqin Left Middle Banner, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia — was established to build a dual fulcrum in northern China. At present, new fulcrums are under construction in Horqin Left Rear Banner of Tongliao City and Ordos City, forming a strategic fulcrum cluster that underpins the Golden Triangle layout.

Following the commissioning of the Linpu Plant (V1.0) in Pudong New Area, Shanghai in 2008 and the Fengpu Plant (V2.0) in Fengxian District, Shanghai in 2010, Huawei Group acquired a new manufacturing facility in 2014 to further expand its production capacity. In 2015, the Tinglin Plant (V3.0) in Jinshan District was put into operation, and the "One Core" of Huawei’s Global One-Core Five-Valley Strategy was officially launched and grounded.
